Description - A half day workshop for coaches and their captains or leaders. Each school can send their coaches and each coach can bring 3 team leaders.

Goals:

• Transform captains into effective, dynamic leaders

• Clarify the role of the captain

• Establish clear behavioral standards for the team

• Establish team values - core covenants

• Develop communication between captains, coaches and team

• Be proactive with potential problems
   

Cost:
$700 per school includes 30 Captains, Seven Ways to Lead Your Team booklets
